How They Work

About Cloth Nappies | Frequently Asked Questions | How They Work | Washing and Care | Why choose Nap-Naps?

The following instructions illustrate how to put Nap-Naps on your newborn or toddler.

To prepare: Open Nap-Nap & lay flat. Lift Inner Liner & place 1 or 2 Night Boosters underneath. Fold Inner Liner in half & place microfleece Liner on top (if using Night Boosters or a Liner).

1. Lay baby on top & lift inner liner & boosters between legs, fold down so top of liner sits at baby's waist.

2. Lift Nap-Nap outer firmly up between baby's legs. (Baby will grow into the extra length).

3. Wrap right Side Tab across baby. Newborn fold excludes centre Velcro® piece so it can snuggly fit baby.

4. Wrap left Side Tab across baby & secure with Velcro®. Pull Nap-Nap outer up firmly to fit well around legs.

5. Neatly fold down top of Nap-Nap outer. You can tuck this under the side tabs or leave it folded down for a few extra layers of absorbent cloth. This extra length allows the Nap-Nap to grow as baby grows! Lift baby's legs to make sure there are no gaps. Gaps means leaks!

6. Wrap Overpant over Nap-Nap. Again, ensure no gaps. Well done! You will soon become an expert!

For your toddler, do exactly the same as the above, except you can use the large centre Velcro® piece to adjust the size of the Nap-Nap, expanding the waist and legs size to suit
