Refunds and returns
Goods may be returned for an exchange with a receipt within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in unused and unwashed in excellent condition. Please choose carefully. We understand that all babies are different and weight/age/sizing can be tricky therefore, please ensure you try before pre-washing to ensure fit is appropriate. Unless goods received are faulty/damaged, we cannot refund postage and packaging. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns, we are happy to help.
Delivery, Postage & Back-orders
Freight charges are as follows:
Orders of up to $300 - Delivery is $5.00
Orders of $300 to $500 - Delivery is $10.95
Orders of more than $500 receive free delivery.
Orders to Australia incur $6 extra freight.
We aim to deliver all orders within 10-14 days from receipt of payment and usually this is much faster (approx 5 days). All postage is based on weight and dimensional size according to our courier company charging and subject to change. We do our best to keep this to a minimum for your benefit.
We receive many international orders and occasionally an adjustment in pricing is required on postage. If this is the case you will be notified via email prior to any order being processed. All international orders are sent via Airmail (6-12 working days) and if you require extra insurance, please let us know so we can organize this for your prior to postage. Our international customers are lucky to benefit from all products GST free (less 12.5%) and we are happy to provide you with pricing in your local currency upon request. Any additional taxes or duties that incur within the country of original purchase are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.
In any instance we are not able to supply product within our stated delivery time frame we will contact you to advise an estimated time of delivery. Our Nap-Naps product range is 100% NZ Made and our team do our best to ensure you receive excellent quality without compromise, therefore we may sometimes be delayed and appreciate your patience.
New Zealand rural deliveries
If you live in a New Zealand rural destination and would like your order couriered to you for an extra $3.40 delivery fee, please select ‘rural delivery’. However, if you live in a rural destination and would like your order sent by NZ Post (which will take an extra few days delivery), please select standard delivery.
